“Plank belly button pats”

I’m quite sure that is not the exact name of this move, but let me try to explain what my personal trainer puts me through, twice a week.

Everyone knows your basic plank, yes?

Imagine this position, and alternating between your right and left palm, patting your belly button (as quickly as you can, obviously).

Now, imagine doing this in 3 sets of 40, during circuit training… When of course the other circuits involve your arm & core muscles, meaning by your 3rd set, it is a broken nose just waiting to happen.
