Kicking Ass & Taking Names
Today has been a great exercise day! We made smoothies in our new Vitamix (strawberry, raspberry, banana, & yogurt). I went to the nail salon for my monthly pedicure, something every woman (or man) should do. This time, I selected the Deluxe Pedicure, which includes a salt bath and scrub, massage, callus treatment and parafin foot dip. HEAVEN!
